I am an associate professor at the School of Economics, Sogang University. Before coming to Sogang University, I was an assistant professor at the Division of International Studies, Hanyang University. I also served as an assistant professor at the School of Economics, Henan University, China. I studied at the University of Manchester, UK (BA) and Cambridge University, UK (Mphil). I earned my Ph.D in Economics from University of California, Davis, USA in 2014.
My research interests are monetary economics, international finance, and the economics of climate change. I am particularly interested in how asset liquidity interacts with asset prices, international finance phenomena and climate policies.
